So its been busy summer which is nearly over now but one of our highlights was our balcony BBQ last month.
Thanks to all the friends and comrades who came down for beer, burgers and the occasional JD and coke. Below is some pic highlights and our (ahem) appropriated invite

We have just moved into the heart of the Northern Quarter on Turner Street in Manchester. We are based in a brand new building, brand new office and as such have a couple of desks spare to sub let.
The space (just opposite to the NCP car park) is right around the corner from all the bars/ cafes and restaurants of Thomas street as well as being a stones throw from the Arndale and Printworks areas. We are on the top (6th) floor of the newly built Margolis Building which includes disabled access, full security and CCTV all inclusive. It has access to the use of a communal kitchen area and boardroom (based on the floor) and also includes new fully networked Cat 6a capabilities, high speed broadband internet, business rates, electricity, cleaning, water & heating charges, air conditioning, building service charge and lift maintenance. The price is £250 pcm +VAT.

We are particularly looking for freelancers working in the creative industries in areas such as filmmaking, graphic design, 3D animation, post production, and interactive/ web design as these are all areas where we can also be an employer as well as a landlord. The more diverse the tenants skills the better, as we intend to have a real melting pot of different creatives working together in the space which will aid our already cross disciplined approach.

Over the last 4 weeks Tasha Colvin and Chris Leete (above) have become two valuable members of our team as they’ve joined us on work experience.
With lots going on over here it’s been great to have two pro-active students on board to learn the ropes and keep the brews flowing! Managing to prize the Canon 5d from Matt for a few days, both Tasha and Chris went out to capture some footage of Manchester and came back with some fab shots of the city in full daylight glory and some great abstract daylight imagery for our new site.
Other than some “hands on” help with our move we all had some fun filming huge bubbles on our new balcony as well, as you can see from a few stills below. Matt is going to turn this into a little film soon – watch this space…
Anyway I hope they have gained a valuable insight into the industry and with our new office move underway hopefully Tasha and Chris will pop and see us for celebratory drinks soon!
